Cum Too Soon?
If you cum too soon, this could be the most important thing you read all year. Almost 40% of all men suffered from premature ejaculation (PE) at some point in their life – and almost 100% of these men COULD overcome this problem easily, if they just knew how!
A lot of guys think that there’s nothing they can do about it and simply find ways of coping with it, and working around it. They try to please their sex partners with oral sex, sex toys and by masturbating them – but the truth is that a woman wants you to please her with your penis. She wants you to give her a long, intense ride. And if you can’t provide that to her, she’ll be disappointed – even though most women won’t admit that. Telling a partner that he’s unable to sexually satisfy her is a thing that many women will avoid at all cost. And in fact, it’s your responsibility to make sure that you can please her. You’re the man.
Some men have resorted to special techniques that help them to still please a women with their penis – but that pretty much takes the fun out of sex and turns it into an exercise routine. Not an ideal situation either.
And then there are the creams and pills and sprays and all that stuff. My advice: stay away from it, they don’t help to end premature ejaculation.
Why Do You Cum Too Soon?
There are several possible reasons, and in many cases it’s easy to fix by simply doing some exercises.
A lot of men have wrong masturbation habits, specially masturbating too fast and vigorously. This has “conditioned” them to ejaculate too quick. Even if you’re not doing it now, if you’ve engaged in excessive masturbation when you were younger, this could be the result of it. (Btw. I’m not one of those people who think that masturbation is “bad” or anything like that. I’m just saying there is a way of masturbating that can mess up your responses to sexual stimulation – fortunately, there’s also a way to fix it).
In other cases, extreme stress or emotional tension might cause PE.
And then there are hormonal imbalances that might cause you to come too soon too.
How To Overcome Premature Ejaculation
It’s important that you identify what’s causing you to cum too soon, and then take the right steps to fix it.
For example, most men can be helped by stabilizing their hormonal balance. And I am NOT talking about any pills or medication or weird diet regimen here.
You see, when you have intercourse, your body produces different kinds of hormones, but most importantly dopamine and serotonin. These two hormones “control” how fast you will come. A simple technique can help you to make sure that you produce more of the hormone that helps you to avoid premature ejaculation and less of the hormone that makes you cum faster.
Look, a real man is able to satisfy a woman. And if you can’t do that, then it’ll take something away from your life. Your manlyhood matters.
If you want to feel like a real man, then overcome premature ejaculation once and for all.
